Okay, okay. I know I'm crazy. Let's just start there. I decided to challenge myself to actually do a full Whole30 diet cycle. And yes, it's not a diet; it's a lifestyle change (that just includes cutting out all the fun stuff). Let me just tell you a little bit about the last time I attempted Whole30. I made it through 3 weeks with only one or two slip-ups. Somewhere in the 3rd week, I was making macaroni and cheese for my husband and son and just kept sneaking cheese from the bowl. I.Just.Could.Not.Stop. The next morning, I took a pregnancy test and found out that I was in fact pregnant and having a huge craving for cheese. Once I got that positive test, the fact that I was on a "lifestyle change" didn't matter anymore. I went to Sonic and ordered some Jalapeno Poppers and a Dr. Pepper. And it was glorious! I will do better this time. Especially since I can guarantee there will not be any positive pregnancy tests this time around! I mean no sodas...
