Wow! I really need to get back on getting these blogs done more often. Let's blame it on a forgetful mind, shall we? In my last post, I talked about how even though I had gained a bit of weight, I was happy about how much I had gained (strength, endurance, happiness, etc.) Now, I want to talk a little bit about the program that I was in and have finished since that last blog. It's called Fit Body Boot Camp! Bit of a backstory first: A couple months ago, I saw a sponsored ad for a new gym that was opening up in my area. I had been wanting something to give me a reason to leave the house at least once a week so I signed up for their newsletter, which entered me into a drawing for a spot in a 30 day workout challenge. Then a couple days later, they posted a picture about what shirt color you liked better (red or blue). Being a huge Ohio State fan, I had to go with the red, of course!
